Anxiety is one of the most common forms of mental illness. Anxiety can affect your physical health. So when you manage your anxiety, you’re also taking care of your physical health.
We offer crisis intervention and treatment for:
- anxiety in children and teens
- test/exam anxiety
- workplace anxiety
- sleep deprivation

Getting support plays an essential role in overcoming depression but we understand that you’re tempted to withdraw and isolate.
We are empathetic and attentive listeners without judgement offering phone and text services, online and in person counseling to improve your mood, challenge negative thinking, and make positive lifestyle changes.

Group Therapy
Hearing from others with similar issues helps you see that you’re not alone in having challenges, whether you're grappling with panic attacks, depression, or another mental health issue, many of our participants experience a sense of relief. You get a wider range of perspectives on your situation, and that can help you deal with your problems better.
Hearing how other group participants successfully overcame their fears or how they confronted their issues can be very encouraging. People often push themselves harder when they see what others are doing.
We create a comfortable space for our participants to feel free to express themselves, become better listeners and improve social skills and their ability to share.

- Grocery Delivery
- Advance Directives/Power of attorney
- Safety: medical life alert, ADT security
- Activities: Senior Center and adult day care
- Adoption, foster care.
